I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Augusta for $105 per night. Overall, it was a solid experience with a few highlights and some areas for improvement. The Pros: Spacious Rooms & Kitchens: The rooms are large and come with a full kitchenette, which is a major "pro" for longer stays or those who prefer to cook. Staff & Hospitality: The staff were very professional and welcoming. It was also heartening to know the property is Indian-owned—it added a nice touch to the hospitality. The "Social" Evenings: A huge highlight is the social gatherings from Monday to Wednesday. They serve food and drinks, which is a unique perk you don’t see at many other hotels. Amenities: I used the gym during my stay, and it is well-maintained and a good facility for a workout. The Cons/Areas for Improvement: Room Odors: As a pure vegetarian, I found the constant smell of non-veg food in my room and the corridors quite off-putting. The hotel should consider using room fresheners in the hallways and general areas to maintain a neutral scent. Entertainment: The TV is not a smart TV, which feels like a must-have these days. In-room entertainment was very limited because of this. Maintenance: A few of the washing machines were out of order, though the ones that worked were fine. Also, towel availability in the common areas was sometimes an issue. Food & Drink: The breakfast was okay to manage but not great. Additionally, friends mentioned that the quality of the beer during the socials has declined recently. Final Verdict: A good stay for the price, especially if you value having a kitchen and attending the weekday socials. With a bit more attention to room freshness and tech upgrades, it would be exceptional!

Before I go into detail, this hotel was currently in the process of renovating. So I won’t penalize anything against them because they are trying to get better. When we arrived, the check in was super easy and we were greeted by staff. They involved us in the social event which they have Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday which had some nice food. The room we checked into was a two room suite. (Since I was traveling with my kids) the master bedroom was very spacious with a king bed and nice bathroom and the other had the same but it was a queen. Nice living room area and kitchen. There was one small issue with the bathroom door in the kids room which my daughter brought to my attention that the door didn’t shut properly so I talk to management and within 15 minutes the handyman came and fixed it. There was another which the lower right side of a panel that was broken but seeing as we were only here for 3 days I considered it not to be an issue. My wife told me that our daughter complained about blood on her pillow cover and that she hadn’t had an injury so she didn’t know where it came from. So we took the covers and things off the bed hoping that housekeeping would give us new but that didn’t happen. I had to go down and ask for new covers. I don’t know if they communicated this or not but the manager was going to say something to them but like I said to him maybe they forgot and it’s fine. I have what was needed and we’ll take care of it. They breakfast is fair and good. It’s got your staples of waffles, eggs, toast etc. The parking is free and there are plenty of spaces during the day. The location is in a nice area of Augusta. You can walk to a lot of places. Not much noise since you’re close to the highway. We were on the fourth floor and the hallway were always nice and clean. No smells or anything out of the normal when it came to the carpets. Overall, I really don’t have anything negative to say about this place. They are working to get it in a better shape. I was obviously not thrilled over the lackluster housekeeping but we made due. Along with the current work that is going on to the building I hope that would spill into the service/housekeeping I can say that this will a great place to stay and would recommend to others. If we come back to Augusta this is a hotel on my return list.

This is our first time coming to this hotel and I absolutely love it here!!!! What I didn't expect was our room has a small kitchen which is very nice! (the other hotels we usually go to dont have a kitchen in the rooms) Also, our room has separate bedrooms so that another person can have the other. Also the breakfast they have at this hotel is really good. If we come back to Augusta, we will be definitely coming back to this hotel!

Special Thank you to Ms. April Smith for going above and beyond to assure my family and I had a great stay last weekend on August 30th. There was another young lady at the front desk after Ms. April left. I can't remember her name. Just wanted to say thank you so much for your kindness. To the man that prepared the food everyone should be treated the same when dining. He wasnt friendly at all. It was only 8:00am. I asked him will he be putting out anymore blueberry muffins, there were none when I went to get one. His words were "what you see out there is it!" He didn't try to accommodate the guest at all. My family and I decided to do brunch at Broken Egg. Overall my stay was very good.

Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our extended stay. Complimentary breakfast and social hour were great. By far the most noteworthy part of our stay was the staff. They were so kind and personable - they made my day each day we were there. Highly recommend this hotel!

Service was good and consistent. Check-in process was smooth & my room was clean. This Hotel offers an Evening Social Mon-Fri in which they serve appetizers and refreshing drinks, Which was beyond my expectations! shoutout to the Food & Beverage Managers Mr. Orlando, Ms. Sandra.

Ride waitresses during breakfast time. They are mot welcoming. They whisper and giggle about you while in your face which is disrespectful. Other than that, the ladies at the desk are wonderful and very inviting and respectful. Rooms are very spacious with just needed an updated remodel.

Our room did smell a bit like marijuana when we first arrived, but it subsided. Everything was clean and orderly. We love the fact that they had an ice machine in the lobby with soda available at any time and the breakfast in the morning was very good. There wasn’t a wide variety but we enjoyed it. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
